As per distance selling regulations, you have the right to a full refund within 14 days after delivery. We are happy to refund you, providing the product is in an unused condition. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer, and we recommend you use a tracked method of shipping to ensure that the parcel doesn't go awry.
Please note that this does not apply to custom-made pieces; these are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have been damaged in transit, in which case we will offer a replacement or full refund.
This same policy applies to end of line and sales items.
